At the Resiliency Center we aim to disrupt and heal emotional and generational trauma. We reach out to children and families impacted by trauma, bringing hope and healing through compassionate and professional mental health services.

The Resiliency Center has been designed with compassion in mind. We offer a multi-faceted approach to a healthy mindset through both Interventional Counseling and "Preventional" Mentoring.
Interventional Counseling
Stepping into the critical moments of trauma to bring immediate connection to help is our goal. We are that best friend in the darkest moments because uncertainty should never be a barrier to help and healing. We are the only agency with access to calls for help that are made to the Fresno Police Department and can initiate contact with a hurting family, within a matter of hours from the crisis event. We offer proactive solutions and a hope-filled journey to a brighter future:

"Preventional" Mentoring
The RISE Program (Resiliency in Student Education) is our flagship prevention and mentoring program designed to assist in building resilient young minds. We contract with school districts and provide volunteers that bring stories of strength, courage, compassion and decision-making skills to First Graders. These adventures into real life scenarios are brought through literature of some of the best-loved children's authors and illustrators.
